Armando's potato gnocchi are made exclusively with fresh Italian potatoes and 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from the Armando supply chain. They are egg- and milk-free and are VeganOK certified. The addition of Armando supply chain semolina to the recipe gives the product a pleasant and noticeable firmness when eaten and cooked.
