From seed to plate: Farmers, Producers, and Consumers together form the ARMANDO Ecosystem. Each with their own role contributes to making our pasta delicious with commitment and passion.

The seed

ARMANDO is special because it is made only with selected varieties of 100% Italian wheat that meet the standards of our Cultivation Regulations: minimum wheat protein content of 14.5%, aptitude for pasta making, and a balance of gluten quantity and quality for a delicious and healthy pasta.

The farmers

Wheat farming is paid fairly and rewardingly, restoring farmers' confidence and encouraging young people to continue the family business.

In every land cultivated with wheat there is the dream of bringing their own wheat to everyone's plates, safeguarding the Italian agricultural tradition and living with the fruits of their labor, imagining a future in agriculture for themselves and their children.
