Shipping & Delivery

Our shipments are carried out via BRT express courier, and we ship EXCLUSIVELY within ITALY.

Invoices will be issued only upon explicit request, and sent to the email address provided during the order process.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and vary depending on the gross weight of the items. Please note that orders exceeding a gross weight of 70kg are not allowed. If an order exceeds this limit, the system will display an ERROR message.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 4 working days from the time the order is correctly received. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, Customers who purchase products through the website www.pastarmando.it have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers may submit an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract or complete the online withdrawal form available at the following link.

Once the withdrawal request has been submitted, the Customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt at the email address provided during the purchase process.

The products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of notifying the withdrawal, in their original condition, unused, and complete with their original packaging, to the following address:

The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (Payment Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay) within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the applicable provisions of the Italian Consumer Code and applies in the cases provided for by law.
