    Ingredients for 4 people
    • 200 g 'Pasta Armando' spaghetti
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 25 g of anchovies
    • 40 g tablespoon tomato paste
    • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
    • pepper
    • parsley
    Preparation

    Chop the garlic and anchovies with a knife to make a paste.
    Transfer this mixture to a pan with the oil and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
    Add the tomato paste and mix well.
    Cook the 'Pasta Armando' spaghetti in plenty of lightly salted boiling water.
    Dilute the sauce with a ladle of cooking water.
    Once the pasta is al dente, transfer it to the pan with the sauce and finish cooking, adding a few ladles of cooking water if necessary.
    Serve with ground pepper and chopped parsley.
