    Here, you'll only use the stove to cook gnocchi. And the sauce comes naturally!

    Ingredients for 4 people
    • 666.67 g of 'Pasta Armando' potato gnocchi
    • half a jar of 'Pasta Armando' Genoese pesto
    • 133.33 g of robiola
    • zest of 1 lemon
    • Parmesan flakes (to taste)

    Preparation

    Place the pot of water for the gnocchi on the stove.
    Combine the 'Pasta Armando' Genoese pesto with the robiola and lemon zest.
    Add a ladle of cooking water WITHOUT THE GNOCCHI, just hot water.
    Mix everything well.
    Cook the 'Pasta Armando' gnocchi and as soon as they come to the surface, add them to the sauce.
    Mix everything well and serve with a little more lemon zest and some Parmesan shavings, if you like.
