- 500g Armando Pasta Mezze maniche
- 1000 g of asparagus
- 700 g of datterini tomatoes
- 160 g of feta
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the asparagus and, once cooked, cut them into slices and add them to the tomatoes.
Cook the pasta and drain it al dente. Add it to the pan with the vegetables and stir for a few moments.
Add the diced feta, then sauté until melted and serve immediately.
