- 320 g of Armando farfalle
- 160 g of peas
- 160 g of mixed mushrooms
- 200 g of sausage
- 60 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the peas and mushrooms and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Slice the sausage with a knife and, once done, sizzle it in another pan for a couple of minutes. Once ready, add it to the pea and mushroom mixture.
At this point, cook the pasta and drain it while it's still al dente. Pour it into the pan with the sauce and finally, turn off the heat and stir in some grated Parmesan cheese. Serve and... Enjoy!
