I present to you a quick dish to prepare and ideal for any occasion!
- 280g of Armando fusilli
- 80 g salted butter
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs of marjoram
- 2 sprigs of fennel
- 4 anchovies
- 1 lime
- 40 g of parmesan cheese
- Wild salmon eggs
First, soften the butter in a bowl. Pinch the herbs and combine them with the butter, then add the anchovies and mix well.
Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water. Once cooked, toss the pasta in the pan with the herb butter, grated lime zest, and Parmesan cheese.
Finally, plate and garnish with the salmon roe.
