This recipe is not only quick and delicious, but also healthy.
Ingredients for 4 people- 320 g of Armando whole wheat tortiglioni
- 300 g of mixed mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons of crescenza
- 4 slices of speck
In a pan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the mushrooms and cook for about ten minutes. Add salt at the end.
Cook the Armando tortiglioni in plenty of lightly salted boiling water. When they're ready, transfer them to the pan and, off the heat, add the crescenza.
Plate and garnish with crispy speck on top.
